Slotmy Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the binding terms of use between the user and slotmy. Please read it carefully before registering or using any services on this platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

This platform is intended for users aged 18 and above who are residing in Malaysia. By using slotmy, you confirm that you meet these age and eligibility requirements.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws applicable in Malaysia.
2. Account Creation & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account. Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. slotmy reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to ensure the accuracy of such information. Accounts registered with false information may be suspended or closed without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Any activity that occurs under your account is considered to have been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact slotmy support immediately.
Users are prohibited from using the platform for any illegal activities, fraud, or actions that may harm other users. This includes the use of automated software to manipulate the system, attempting to hack other users' accounts, or any form of cheating in gameplay.
The slotmy platform may only be used by individuals aged 18 and above. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. slotmy reserves the right to request proof of age and to close any account suspected of belonging to a minor without any obligation of compensation.
3. Payments, Deposits & Transactions
Currency & Payment Methods
All transactions on the slotmy platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include online banking via FPX, Touch 'n Go e-wallet, and other local methods listed on the platform at the relevant time.
Processing Time
Deposits are typically credited instantly upon confirmation by the payment provider. Withdrawals are processed within the working timeframe set by the platform — further details are available in the FAQ section of your account. slotmy is not liable for any delays caused by third parties such as banks or digital wallet providers.
Transaction Verification
Users are responsible for ensuring that the amount and recipient details are correct before confirming any transaction. slotmy bears no liability for losses resulting from incorrect information provided by the user during the deposit or withdrawal process.
4. Liability Limits, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
Slotmy is not liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, or service interruptions arising from the use of this platform. The platform's maximum liability is limited to the amount deposited by the user in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.
Slotmy reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence of fraud, breach of terms, or suspicious activity. Any valid balance in the account will be returned to the user upon completion of the investigation, subject to current policies.
All content on the slotmy platform — including logos, interface design, text, images, and software — is the exclusive property of slotmy or its respective licensors. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, or reusing any content without written authorisation.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or relating to the use of the slotmy platform shall be resolved through the courts with jurisdiction in Malaysia. Users hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for any legal action relating to this platform.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, that provision will be removed or limited to the minimum extent necessary, while the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
